The Medical Data Support Team ensures that data collection and documentation is insurance-ready. They provide tools like the clinical session notes tool and speech evaluation tool, both designed to meet current insurance requirements.

The Funding Team handles everything from verifying insurance coverage to ensuring all documentation meets insurance requirements. Their goal is to make the process as efficient and stress-free as possible for SLPs and families.

The ableCARE Product Success Team is dedicated to ensuring your hands-on experience is seamless and stress-free. From submitting a support request for repairs, app additions, or device size changes, to answering questions about using the speech app or device, they’re here to help. Meet the team.

ableEXPERIENCE FAQs

ableEXPERIENCE is a no obligation hands-on experience that lets you explore the QuickTalker Freestyle speech device, providing  access to effective communication without contracts or rental fees.

The ableEXPERIENCE follows your timeline, allowing you to explore the device with your client or student while completing insurance requirements. If the device is the right fit, they keep it! We will work with you if insurance requires a given amount of time for data collection. 

You nor your client or student will be charged for any damages or lost/stolen devices during the hands-on experience. Our 5-year warranty includes  the experience. 

During your ableEXPERIENCE, return the device at any time if it is not the right fit. There’s no obligation! We will help coordinate returning the device.

We provide tools to capture clinical data required by insurers, such as a clinical session notes tool and a speech evaluation tool. Our dedicated support team is ready to assist you every step of the way.

During the hands-on experience you can explore the QuickTalker Freestyle Standard  or the QuickTalker Freestyle Mini.

Included with the device are the durable case, screen protector, kickstand on the back and the handle on the top.

Additional accessories that can be requested include:
